1. Payment & Booking Policy
- Payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is processed and approved by powerESL.
- By booking a session, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
- No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session and provide no prior notice, you forfeit the session fee, and no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, no refund will be given.
- Rescheduling: If you cancel before 24 hours of the session start time, you may reschedule for a later date at no additional charge.
3. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Payments for scheduled sessions are non-refundable except in cases where powerESL cancels a session.
- If powerESL cancels a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- powerESL reserves the right to cancel a session at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Changes to This Policy
- powerESL reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
